Accessibility Policy
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
This Accessibility Policy (“Policy”) sets out the commitment of Clousys Business Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) to making the website, applications, and digital services identified below (the “Services”) accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
This Policy governs our approach to digital accessibility in connection with the Services, including our efforts to align, where reasonably practicable, with recognized accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and the process by which Users may raise accessibility concerns.
1. Definitions
“Accessibility” means the design and development of digital content and functionality so that it can be perceived, operated, and understood by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
“Assistive Technology” means any hardware or software used by a User to access, navigate, or interact with the Services, such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, or alternative input devices.
“Digital Services” means the website, web applications, and related digital properties owned or operated by the Company that are within the scope of this Policy, as further described in Section 3.
“User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Digital Services, including customers, prospective customers, and members of the public.
“WCAG” means the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as amended or superseded from time to time.
2. Our Commitment
The Company is committed to providing an inclusive digital experience regardless of a User's abilities, technology, or method of accessing the Services. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility and usability of the Digital Services and, where reasonably practicable, to align them with WCAG.
3. Scope
This Policy applies to:
All public-facing websites, web applications, and digital services owned or operated by the Company
Content published by employees, contractors, and third-party vendors on the Company's behalf
New digital products and features, as well as existing ones undergoing significant redesign
Third-party content, applications, or integrations not fully controlled by the Company are addressed separately in Section 7 (Third-Party Content).
4. Accessibility Standards
Our accessibility efforts are guided by WCAG and cover, among other things, the matters described in Annex 1 to this Policy, including:
Clear and consistent navigation
Keyboard-accessible functionality
Appropriate headings and page structure
Alternative text for relevant images
Sufficient text readability and color contrast
Accessible forms and interactive elements
Compatibility with commonly used Assistive Technology
Captions or transcripts for media content, where appropriate
5. Roles and Responsibilities
Clousys management: owns this Policy, monitors compliance, and reports on progress to company leadership.
Design and development teams: apply accessibility standards when building and updating digital products and content.
Content and marketing teams: ensure published content (text, images, documents, media) meets accessibility requirements before publication.
Procurement and IT teams: consider accessibility requirements when selecting third-party tools, platforms, and vendors.
All employees and contractors: report accessibility barriers they encounter or are made aware of.
6. Ongoing Improvements and Monitoring
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project. The Company will:
Regularly review the Digital Services against WCAG and this Policy
Prioritize and remediate identified accessibility barriers within a reasonable timeframe
Take into account technology changes and User feedback when planning improvements
Review this Policy at least annually, or sooner if significant changes occur to the Digital Services or applicable standards
7. Third-Party Content
Some third-party content, applications, or integrations displayed on the Digital Services may not be fully controlled by the Company and may have separate accessibility limitations. Where reasonably possible, we will select third-party providers who support accessibility and will work with them to address known issues.
8. Feedback and Grievance Procedure
Users who experience difficulty accessing any part of the Digital Services are encouraged to contact us. When contacting us, please provide:
The webpage or feature you are having difficulty accessing
A description of the issue
The Assistive Technology you are using, if relevant
We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge feedback promptly, investigate the issue, and address accessibility concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Exceptions
Any request to deviate from this Policy (for example, due to technical constraints or legacy systems) must be approved by Clousys management and documented, including the reason for the exception and any planned remediation timeline.
10. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy supplements and should be read alongside the Company's other policies, including any applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and another Company policy concerning digital accessibility, this Policy will control to the extent of the conflict.
11. Governing Law
