Subprocessors

Clousys (“we”, “us”, or “our”) engages trusted third-party service providers (“Sub processors”) to support the delivery, security, hosting, analytics, communications, and operation of our services (the “Services”).
These Sub processors may process Personal Data on our behalf in accordance with applicable contractual and data protection requirements, including any Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) entered into with a customer.
1. Definitions
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person that is processed by a Sub processor on our behalf in the course of providing the Services.
“Sub processor” means any third-party data processor engaged by us to assist in fulfilling our obligations with respect to providing the Services pursuant to the applicable Agreement or DPA.
2. Use of Sub processors
We engage Sub processors only to the extent necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, and subject to the due diligence and contractual requirements described in Section 4 (Sub processor Management) below.
3. Current Sub processors
The named provider register and processing locations are not currently published on this page. To request the current list applicable to your Services, including provider names, purposes and processing locations, email connect@clousysbs.com. This page does not replace any disclosure or notice required by your agreement or Data Processing Addendum.
4. Sub processor Management
Before engaging a Sub processor, we evaluate its confidentiality, security, and data protection practices, and require appropriate contractual commitments in these areas. Each Sub processor is permitted to access or process Personal Data only to the extent necessary to perform the services for which it is engaged.
5. Changes to Sub processors
We may add or replace Sub processors as our services and technology infrastructure evolve. Where required by applicable data protection law or our contractual commitments, we will provide notice of material changes and the applicable mechanism for raising objections.
6. Customer Objections
Customers may raise reasonable objections to a new Sub processor where permitted under the applicable Agreement or DPA. Any objection should include sufficient information explaining the basis of the objection and should be submitted to connect@clousysbs.com.
7. Relationship to the DPA
This document supplements and should be read alongside our Data Processing Addendum. In the event of a conflict between this document and the DPA concerning Sub processors, the DPA will control to the extent of the conflict.
